AFCEA Hawaii is looking for corporate sponsors. We are a local chapter of AFCEA International with a membership of 600+ professionals. AFCEA Hawaii is a non-profit organization that has helped members advance information and communications technology capabilities.
AFCEA Hawaii offers thought-provoking and skill-building events for our members and community. We also offer monthly luncheons with senior leaders, tech talks, and our annual conference, TechNet Indo-Pacific (TIP) featuring premier keynote speakers and current-issue panel discussions.
Through sponsorships and other fund-raising events, AFCEA Hawaii has been able to support Hawaii based students, teachers, and professionals in their pursuit of continued education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), Cyber, and Electronics by providing scholarships, grants, and awards. The AFCEA Hawaii Chapter works with the community at large to increase the investment in education in Hawaii and has a long history of support for education for Hawaii based students, teachers, and professionals. AFCEA Hawaii has contributed over $2,000,000 in scholarships to enhance learning and education initiatives.

● Advance notification of AFCEA Hawaii events & sponsorships (industry days, etc.)
* Tech Talks: AFCEA Hawaii (AH) will help promote one (1) Virtual or In-person Tech Talk annually per Benefactor level sponsor. AH will promote the event to our mailing list of 6,000+, post on LinkedIn, etc. All costs and logistics for In-person Tech Talks are the responsibility of the sponsor. Sponsor will provide AH an abstract, graphic, and registration link. Virtual Tech Talks require the use of the sponsor's webinar tool. Sponsor will coordinate with the AH Sponsorship VP and Business Administrator to deconflict Tech Talks with TechNet Indo-Pacific and Chapter luncheons/events (AH will not promote Tech Talks these events). All Tech Talks, virtual or in person, must be ready to advertise at least 30 days in advance.
** Head Table Benefit: AFCEA Hawaii will host Benefactor level sponsors at the Head Table during one (1) Monthly luncheon. AH will provide sponsors two (2) complimentary seats at the Head Table. Sponsors will be recognized at the luncheon, can introduce themselves, and give a short description of their organization. (2 minutes max). AH will provide two (2) complimentary lunch tickets to the Sponsor. Sponsor will coordinate Head Table representatives with the AFCEA Hawaii Sponsorship VP and Business Administrator.
