Nelson
Kanemoto is the Founder, President, and
CEO of Referentia Systems Inc., a developer of
innovative cyber security and network enterprise
technologies for the Department of Defense.
Since establishing Referentia in 1996, Mr.
Kanemoto has
directed the company’s growth as a government
contractor that provides relevant innovation in
interoperability communications, cross-domain
solutions and architectures, and advanced
network management systems. Referentia and its
employees have received
numerous technology awards including recognition
as a contributor with PACOM and PACFLT to the
2011 CIO Information Assurance Team Award. The
company was also recently recognized by the
Small Business Administration with the 2010
Administrator’s Award for Excellence in federal
government subcontracting. Today Referentia
employs nearly 100 employees in Hawaii,
California, Virginia, and at military
installations in Japan, Italy, Greece and
Hawaii. |

Dale Aiello is a Senior Account
Executive for Gartner, where he manages Hawaii
and Guam for both public and private sector and
the DOD for the Asia Pac region. Prior to
starting the Gartner practice in 1993, Mr.
Aiello was an entrepreneur who owned restaurants
in Canada and Hawaii, a wine import company in
HI and managed several large companies in
Hawaii.
He also started a systems integration
office in Hawaii in 1992 for a firm
headquartered in Michigan which was his real
introduction to information technology.
Dale has a 22 year old daughter who recently
graduated from UC Irvine and a 19 year old son
currently a sophomore in SF. Hobbies include
playing ice hockey, cooking, golf, running and
swimming. Mr. Aiello earned a bachelor's
degree from the University of Calgary, Alberta,
Canada.

Tara Anuskewicz has served as a
Government civilian for 21 years.
She started out in Denver, CO then has
been here in Hawaii for the past 8 years.
She earned a Bachelor degree from the
Univ. of New Mexico and a Master's degree from
the Univ. of Denver, both in the Computer
Information Systems field.
She has held a wide range of Information
Technology positions, from Software Design,
Application Development, Procurement, Customer
Service Representative, and System & Database
Administration.
She is currently with the Defense
Information Systems Agency Pacific (DISA PAC),
residing with HQPACOM J6, providing Command &
Control and Net-Centric support to the PACOM
Theater, and performing technical oversight and
program management.
Tara enjoys giving her free time to
community events, Meals on Wheels, homeless
shelters, Homeowners Association board member,
graffiti wipeout team, and church ministries.
She is appreciating everything about
'Lucky we live Hawaii'.

Banu
Yousey is an Engineer with Defense
Information Systems Agency Pacific.
She
provides DISN Network engineering support to
Pacific Command customers through various
actions to include identification/assignment of
the network assets and keeping them informed of
upcoming projects/future upgrades on the DISA
networks. She
is also responsible for the technical oversight
as well as administration of specific actions of
$2.5 Billion Network Transmission Services
contract, connecting Pacific Department of
Defense installations, bases, embassies and
agencies.
Ms.
Yousey was born in Turkey and she has been
living in Hawaii since 2003.
She has been an AFCEA Hawaii Chapter
member since 2003.
She has a Bachelors degree in Physics.
She also
holds a Masters in Aeronautical Science and is
currently enrolled in HPU’s Executive MBA
program. Ms.
Yousey is a former Air Force Communications
Officer. She
separated from the Air Force in 2008 after
serving for 12 years and joined the Federal
Service with DISA.
She is
married to Dan Yousey.
They
have no kids but 2 fur babies (dogs).
Her
hobbies are travelling, hiking, investing
and volunteering in the local community.

Jandie Sabo is a senior at
Waialua High School.
This year marks her 4th year on the
Waialua Robotics Program, Team 359, where she is
the leader of the Communications & Public
Relations (CPR) sub-team. Along with robotics,
she is also involved with the planning of all
the senior activities for she is the Senior
Class Treasurer. In addition, she is a team
captain of the WHS girls varsity soccer team.
With all these extracurricular activities it
does not stop her from concentrating on her
school work, especially with two Advanced
Placement classes. With such a busy schedule,
she enjoys going to the beach and spending time
with friends and family during her free time.
After high school she plans on going to college
on the mainland and majoring in engineering and
business.
